We aim for the student to just open and view the document, but not be able to download, copy, print or anything meaningless. Double check all the steps involved. 2. Generate a SHA-1 hash (or checksum) for the file being uploaded. 3. Check the hash of the uploaded file. If it is the same as the original one, then the upload process isn't altering the file. 4. Download the file and check its hash.
